The HKS SA-H1 hydraulic part-turn actuator from Germany for onshore and offshore valves: torque up to 100,000 Nm, rotation up to 90°, pressure up to 210 bar, with emergency operation.
Product Overview
The SA-H1 belongs to HKS's valve actuator series and operates part-turn valves onshore and offshore. It is compact, delivers the same torque in both directions, and its sliding surfaces are hardened, ground and polished.
End positions are signalled by proximity switches, and the rotation angle can be monitored by a digital or analogue sensor. With no internal leakage, intermediate positions are held precisely.
Applications: waterworks, wastewater, hydraulic steel structures, shipbuilding, refineries, pipelines, tank farms, power plants and offshore platforms.
