Product Overview
The I-DA-H is a hydraulic rotary actuator with rotary pistons that turn oil pressure into high-torque rotation in a compact housing. The pistons can run to their end positions and be loaded there, so no external stops are needed; sliding surfaces are hardened to reduce wear.
A four-point bearing takes high radial and axial loads, end-position cushioning brakes large inertia smoothly, and a standard camshaft provides rotation-angle or end-position signals. With no internal leakage, intermediate positions are held.
Applications: valve actuation, bending machines, container tilting, swivel tables, doors and gates, conveyors, tool changers; in waterworks, wastewater, chemicals, steelworks, shipbuilding, power plants, refineries and pipelines.
