1. Scope

This policy applies to the information you provide when using the website of Ha Thanh Technology.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the following information:

Full name
Phone number
Email (if you provide it)
Service of interest (if you select one)
Your message
The time you agreed to this policy and the page from which you sent your inquiry

The website does not store your IP address in its database and currently does not use any visitor analytics tools.

To prevent spam, the website uses the Cloudflare Turnstile verification service. Cloudflare may process some technical information about your browser, device and IP address to tell real people apart from automated programs.

3. How We Use Your Information

To contact you about the inquiry you sent.
To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.

We do not use your information for advertising or to promote our services.

4. Data Retention

Information you send through the contact form is kept for up to 24 months from the date it is sent and is then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion as described in section 7.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your information. Your information is processed through the service providers below, solely to operate the website:

Supabase: stores contact requests, with servers located in Singapore.
Resend: sends internal email notifications when a new request arrives.
Google (Gmail): the mailbox where Ha Thanh receives notification emails.
Cloudflare: spam verification.
Vercel: hosts and runs the website.

Some of these providers have servers outside Vietnam.

6. Protecting Your Information

The connection between your browser and the website is encrypted (HTTPS).
Access to the database is restricted; outsiders cannot read the data.
Database access keys are stored only on the server side and are never made public.
Only staff assigned by Ha Thanh can view contact requests.

7. Your Rights

You can ask to view, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting Ha Thanh using the details in section 8.

Ha Thanh responds to your request within 2 working days of receiving it.
