Huakai Globe, Gate and Ball Valves

Huakai Valve (Yancheng, Jiangsu) was founded in 2000 and makes about 60,000 valves a year, including gate, globe, check, ball, plug, butterfly and forged steel valves.

The company casts its own valve bodies by investment casting, with a capacity of 12,000 tonnes a year in dozens of materials: carbon steel, low and high alloy steel, stainless steel, Monel, Inconel and duplex steel.

The plant has over 200 sets of machining, welding, heat treatment, machining center and painting equipment, with a maximum machining diameter of 2,500 mm and single pieces up to 10 tonnes. Inspection covers spectral analysis, mechanical testing, X-ray, magnetic particle testing and thickness measurement.
