Battery Energy Storage (BESS) and Equipment Condition Monitoring
Storing electricity in batteries so plants can control their own power supply, combined with equipment condition monitoring to detect anomalies early.

Service Details
A battery energy storage system (BESS) stores electricity in batteries and releases it when needed: as backup during power outages, to reduce peak-hour load or to store solar power. Ha Thanh distributes LFP lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries from CSC Power Battery, Innotec and LCB.
Equipment condition monitoring continuously tracks operating parameters to detect signs of abnormality before failures occur.
Ha Thanh provides monitoring for two types of systems: battery systems, tracking battery condition during operation; and bag filter dust collectors, detecting torn filter bags early so they can be replaced promptly and dust emissions are kept down.
Benefits
- Backup power under your own control.
- Lower peak-hour electricity costs.
- Early detection of anomalies, reducing the risk of sudden failures.
- Early detection of torn filter bags, limiting dust released into the environment.
Who It's For
- Plants that need a reliable backup power supply.
- Plants with solar power that want to store surplus electricity.
- Plants with bag filter dust collectors, such as steel, cement and thermal power plants.
